I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect for outdoor activities like hill walking and mountain biking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym, pool, and sauna. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

the rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay with excellent amenities. the food was also good with traditional German options and a variety of choices.
The lack of English speaking staff, causing confusion during check-in and difficulties communicating my needs. I found the lack of international food options limiting.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the spa and wellness centre provides an array of services that cater to all our needs, including a relaxing indoor swimming pool and modern sauna. the massage and beauty treatments were superb, and the spa lounge was an excellent place to unwind.
At times, we noticed a lack of attention to detail regarding the service in certain areas of the hotel. Although this one minor issue did not in any way affect our overall experience, it is worth noting.

The hotel offered a great range of facilities, including a gym, pool, and sauna. the staff were exceptional, with friendly and accommodating service throughout our stay. The location was also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding countryside.
Despite the excellent service, there were a few things we didn't enjoy about our stay. we found that some of the food options were quite traditional and lacked variety in terms of international choices.

The restaurant near the main entrance offered a comfortable atmosphere and efficient staff. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a mini bar and clean bathroom. the breakfast and evening meals were top-notch, with various delicious options. the gym and pool facilities were also superb.
Some guests were not respectful of the distancing rules during meals.
